Basic scope of my work has included: a subject matter supervision over a team of 25 people, creating company tax policies, creating processes and procedures compliant with ISO 9001, reporting compliant with IFRS, managing budgeting process, cost optimization, preparing proper management information for the Management Board and the owner, supervision over the compliance of concluded trade contracts with tax regulations, ensuring smooth and effective process of merging companies, as well as the organization and support of finance and quality audits. I do all these things in Vimana as well. The difference is, I have a lot more independence in my decisions.
PROFESSIONAL CAREER: In 2002-2003, she worked in Fujitsu Services Polska on the position of Chief Accountant and Logistics Team Manager. Then, she started working in S&T Services Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Finance Director and took up the position of a Management Board Member.
In 2010-2015, she worked as a Finance Director at the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute of Poland. Her responsibilities involved the management over the process of financing and executing the project of the association’s Core Exhibition of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews – Polin, as well as proper settlement of accounts related to subsidies, donations, and grants.
In September 2015, she joined Vimana as a Finance Director.
EDUCATION: Małgorzata is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2010, she has worked as a member of Audit Committee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
PERSONAL LIFE: I am a mum of two amazing daughters and a son. They are all independent adults now, but for me they—and my husband—remain the most important persons in my life.
I love travelling and talking to my friends. I also like skiing, watching football and volleyball.
